I like both too, but there are many who are MUCH better.... Anyway, the biggest issue with VK on this side of the planet would be the fanatics, not the fans; those are the people of whom Shion speaks(the GazettE and Dir en Grey fanATICS). For whatever excuse, because there is no reason for it, there are people like that, that think you can only like one, and not the other.

*malevolent old horror film voice* They are the ones who hate you if you mispronounce the bands' or band member's names. If looks could kill, many would be dead by now because of their vengeful stares, rage spewing forth from their eyes. And when the curtains are drawn and the band appears on the stage, OH the most blood curdling SHRIEK

*enter messed up old horror movie music, with malevolent voice getting louder* A sea of black. The fanatics, hypnotized into a frenzy, claw their way through all the people with a most violent force, disregarding ALL that surrounds them* *voice becomes slower* If they should catch you unawares, you will be trampled. Avert not thine eyes.

i forgot they went back to indies o_o ... I remember now that Ruki didnt like being major because it kept them from being themselves, too many restrictions and such.

a lot of people tend to compare Diru and Gazette for some strange reason. At one point when Diru had lost fans interest and Gazette had released Stacked Rubbish people were saying "omg that's what DeG would have been D:"... now that to me is really really stupid thing to say. Gazette is by no means anything like Diru. why they compare the two i have no idea and nor do i care actually.

I love Diru but Gazette takes a higher place in my heart.

Fanatics are the scariest thing any normal fan could encounter. if youve seen them in action you would know what i mean. just standing in line you can pick out the "calm and normal fans" from the "crazy fangirl fanatics".

actually fanatics in most cases cant even pronounce the band member/band name. do you know how many times ive heard people pronounce ayabie as "ayabee", dir en grey as "der ahn grey", Kirito (angelo's vocal) as "Keereetoh"... and the list goes on... ( =__=)
fanatics in a sense actually dont really know a lot of things... for example at the LM.C live these girls in line behind me and my friend were going on and on about how much they "love aiji and maya" "theyre so hot" "omg i love them" "omgomgomgomgomgomgomg" then i turned around and said in a monotoneasamatteroffact voice "aiji used to dress as a girl and wear short shorts y'know?" they just stared at me all like "O__O no way!!" ... my reaction " ..... ( -_-) -turns away-" my friend shook her head in shame and turned away as well.

so to me fanatics are the people who are just plain crazy, kill you during concerts, dont know anything, cant pronounce anything, usually are people who know like a handful of songs for one band and etcetc.

then you got elitist a**holes =D but thats a completely different story for another time xD;;

Lots of people are predicting that Reita will win because apparently he has become the "bass" king. I like GazettE and all but I don't actually think his playing is that great. Besides, many people don't give other smaller bands' bassist a chance. I mean, how can they stand a chance against him?

Sometimes, Reita produces great things but I think a true bass player goes for fingers. You is like lightning fingers!! But I guess it is individual liking and interest.

Reita's style is the best to me. Regardless if everyone doesn't like him because a lot of people think he's great, his bass playing is awesome. To me he is the bass king cause he can play any style, and I think he has lightening fingers, but the songs they play don't really call for him to play it that way. I've seen him play really fast before. But not just his playing is cool, but his personality is really cool to. Therefore I did, and would again if I could vote for Reita. ^__^

Reita ftw! Vote for Rei Rei, everyone! LOL!
