It doesn't matter what nationality you are if you want J-Rock hair, style you hair J-Rock!!:)
You should straighten your hair, but you might want to buy hair straightening gel so your hair doesn't get fired to much, and it helps straighten..XD
Teasing your hair also helps depending what you want you hair to look like.... ^^
Also, looking at pictures of hair styles you want you hair to look like will help.... =]
And if you want a certain cut you should show a picture of the hair to a hair stylist @ a hair salon.. that what I do XD

Of course you can it does not matter what color your skin is anyone can do it  Also I hear to do vk hair you either need short or medium length hair. You can add hair exstetions sorry cant spell. And cut it to the length you want =)
